The Embassy of Pakistan invites quotations from well reputed tax paying firms which offer complete facilitation in disassembling, packing, lifting and transporting of furniture, crockery, objects of decor, art, and other miscellaneous items from the Embassy residence to a dedicated storage facility.

2. The firms should specialize in this domain and all items should be properly transported to the storage facility.

3. Furthermore, the storage facility (warehouse) should fulfill the following requirements to be considered satisfactory for storing all Emabssy Residence inventory viz.

i. Heated room;

ii. Dedicated storage (lock & key with access provided to the Mission only);

iii. Security system;

iv. In close proximity to the Embassy of Pakistan Minsk (220020, Minsk, Pobediteley av., 100);

v. Insurance coverage in case of any damage during logistics (moving to Warehouse and return) and storage;

vi. Temperature and humidity control suitable for furniture, decor, and other sensitive items;

vii. Protection against dust, moisture, pests, and other environmental damage;

viii. Fire safety arrangements, including alarms and extinguishers;

ix. CCTV monitoring or an equivalent surveillance system;

x. Restricted access for authorized personnel only;

xi. Adequate space and proper shelving or racking to avoid damage or overcrowding;

xii. Convenient access for loading and unloading of items;

xiii. Inventory management and record-keeping system for tracking all stored items;

xiv. Full responsibility of the storage provider for loss or damage during packing, transportation, storage, and return delivery.
