Birth Registration rules
Registration of the Child as Pakistani Citizen
- For registration of newly born babies in Belarus, Forms S and S-I are required to be filled in and submitted to the Embassy (Download Forms S and Download Form S-I).
- Two recent photographs (2″x1.5″) of the child with a white or blue background.
- Copy of Registration fee of US$ 20/- by bank transfer in the Embassy’s Account. Birth Certificate with both parents’ names on it. (preferably both English & Belarusian/Russian)
- Cop of the Passport & NICOP of Father and Mother (Mother’s NICOP must have Husband name on it)
- In the case of Foreigner Mother, an Affidavit declaring “No Objection” for registration of her child as Pakistani.
