The Embassy of Pakistan invites quotations from well reputed tax paying firms which offer complete facilitation in disassembling, packing, lifting and transporting of furniture, crockery, objects of decor, art, and other miscellaneous items from the Embassy residence to a dedicated storage facility.

 

2. The storage facility (Warehouse) shall fulfill the following requirements: – 

 

i. Heated room;

ii. Dedicated storage (lock & key with access provided to the Mission only);

iii. Security system;

iv. In close proximity to the Embassy of Pakistan Minsk (220020, Minsk, Pobediteley av., 100);

v. Insurance coverage in case of any damage during logistics (moving to Warehouse and return) and storage.

 

3. Inventory list with photograph can be obtained digitally.
