As part of commemoration of 5th August events of 2019 (siege of IIOJK by India) declared as Youm e Istehsaal, the Ambassador participated in the webinar organised by Pakistan Federal Union of Journalists Moscow on 4 August.

Several prominent personalities including Amb Shafqat Alì Khan, Lord Nazir Ahmed, Sajid Tarrar, Mujeeb ur Rehman Shami and others also addressed the webinar, which was live telecast on virtual medium.
