The Ambassador participated in the Council for Sustainable Development’s meeting on 10 September. Led by Khomenko Sergey Nikolaevich, National SDG Coordinator of Belarus, Rasul Bagirov, UN Resident Coordinator in Belarus, and several other speakers addressed the global trends, shocks, and sanctions impact Belarus’ national interests and sustainable development. The session concluded with a Q&A, emphasizing the alignment of national strategies with global SDGs.
