On September 14, 2022, Ambassador Sajjad Haider Khan participated in the “Belarus-Pakistan Forum; Cooperation in Woodworking Business”, organized by the National Center for Marketing and Price Study in the frame of the International Specialized Exhibition “Lesdrevtech-2022”.

The Ambassador also met with the Chairman of the All Pakistan Timber Trade Association Mr. Goplani Furqan and representatives of business delegation from Pakistan.

Addressing the participants, the Ambassador highlighted the trade potential and underlined the importance of developing strong business connections between Pakistan and Belarus. In his welcoming speech, DG of the National Center for Marketing H.E. Mikalai Barysevich highlighted the readiness to find new solutions for the successful promotion of products and services between the two countries.

“Lesdrevtech” is the largest event of the timber industry in Belarus which is attended by representatives of almost all organizations of the forestry, furniture, and woodworking industries in the country and foreign experts.
