On 9 May 2023, Ambassador Sajjad Haider Khan joined the people of Belarus in commemorating Victory Day. During the annual ceremony attended by the President of Belarus and other dignitaries, the Ambassador participated in the flower wreath ceremony at the victory square.

This Victory Day marked the conclusion of the Second World War and honors the brave soldiers, homefront workers, partisans, and underground resistance fighters who sacrificed so much for the freedom.
