On 15 May 2026, His Excellency, Mr. Muhemmed Aejaz, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan paid a courtesy call on His Excellency Mr. Denis Ravilevich Moroz, Minister of Energy, Republic of Belarus.
Emphasizing the positive trajectory of bilateral relations, both sides expressed their commitment to intensify economic and trade linkages thereby translating them into tangible benefits. Preparations for the 9th Session of the Pakistan–Belarus Joint Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation, scheduled to be held in Islamabad in 2026, were also discussed.
