On 8 April, a webinar on “Pakistan-Belarus Relations: Opportunities for Collaboration” was organised by the Institute of Peace and Diplomatic Studies (IPDS), which was attended by around fifty businessmen, educationist and researchers from both the contries.

H.E Mr. Andrei Metelitsa, Ambassador of Belarus to Pakistan, spoke on the scope of existing bilateral ties, while H.E Mr. Sajjad Haider Khan, Ambassador of Pakistan to Belarus shared a presentation on the possible areas of cooperation between the two countries. The session was moderated by Ms Farhat Asif, President IPDS.

In addition, Prof. Dr. Mr. Mecheslau Chasnouski, Head of International Relations Department, Belarusian International Relations University also spoke on the historical context of the bilateral relations.
